FAQ

Q: What is your turn around time?
My turnaround time depends on how full my Queue/Trello is (Visit my Trello HERE). And depending if it is convention season. I can finish single parts within a week, and suits range from 3-6 mouths from start to finish.

Q: Do you take payment plans?
Yes! I take payment plans on large commissions over $100. Requires a 25% down payment on suit commissions before materials will be bought, and suit must be completely paid off before beginning suit.

Q: Can I get some sort of discount on my piece?
Only way you can get discounts is through watching my stream for extended periods of time and earning reward points where you can redeem for coupons off on commissioning suit parts.

Q: What is your shipping policy for merch and physical items?
I am not responsible for damaged or lost items when being shipped without tracking. I most commonly will use USPS for shipping, and occasionally FedEx.
I will do my best to add tracking, but some items below a certain value will not receive tracking.
Items may not be returned, but can be exchanged for the same item if received damaged, or torn. PHOTO PROOF REQUIRED!

Q: How long have you been doing fursuits?
I’ve been making fursuits for 3 years, summer 2017 to be exact.

Q: What are your favorite things to make?
Oh dear, too many to list. Here are some of my bucket list items I’m wanting to make (maybe a small discount if you catch my drift ;))
Horse/Unicorn
Deer
Dragon
Bunny

Q: I'm new/inexperienced with fursuits. Where do you suggest I start to be a better artist?
To own? Start with a mini partial, or even just a head. Make sure you can handle the heat and the exhaustion before you invest in a whole fullsuit.
To make? Start with Upholstery foam from Joann Fabric stores or Amazon or even Walmart. Get some hot glue guns, nothing fancy, and start carving with scissors. You can even sell your first bases to start getting an income! I don’t recommend selling fursuits straight out of the gate. You’re going to mess up. A LOT. Start with making your own suits at first, or your friend’s suits, but I don’t recommend selling suits until you’ve made at least 10 heads. I wish I’d done that first.
